About this Position: The Quality Analyst will be responsible for managing Honda QMS systems and procedures through auditing activities, tracking and reporting results, and support the ISO Compliance Representative for the department during ISO audits. Responsibilities include: * Analyze Honda QMS and identify potential non-conformances and countermeasure * Managing record retention and quality control systems and procedures * Prepare and participate in Internal and External ISO Audits * Perform sampling for quality verification * Manage MDRS and QICs systems Who we are seeking: Required Work Experience: * 0-6 years' experience dependent upon education level, Manufacturing experience preferred Required Education: * Bachelor's degree in Business Management/ Administration or equivalent relevant work experience Desired skills: * Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs * Knowledge of Assembly Manufacturing environment * Knowledge of ISO standards * Project Management Skills * Ability to work within a team environment * Ability to communicate clearly to multiple layers of management Additional Position Factors: * Manufacturing environment- able to physically perform jobs on the assembly line. (Lifting >10lbs, walking/standing 8 hrs/day, etc) * Flexibility to work different shifts * Work OT as requested (<5 hours/week) * Travel 1-4 trips/year both domestic and international At Honda, you will play a key role in our journey to become a company that society wants to exist now, and in the future.
