This is a broad role spanning product operations, product governance and business management for the Global Product Strategy and Development (GPSD) group. The Senior Business Operations Specialist - GPSD will design and implement solutions that enable our product teams to work more effectively and efficiently across the globe. The Senior Business Operations Specialist will support the team in the administration, communication, coordination and monitoring of GPSD business initiatives and policies. Responsibilities include strategic planning, metrics management, reporting, governance committee support, data analytics and data visualization. This role will work closely wi t h GPSD leadership to identify and analyze key business trends, identify gaps, define future requirements, and make recommendations regarding product operations and platform needs. You have experience with developing recommendations for leadership teams with the goal of driving meaningful outcomes for annual planning/budgeting, including demand analysis, capacity forecasts, and prioritization of planned projects You will develop recommendations with GPSD leads and cross functional partners, in support of strategic product priorities, to drive business outcomes Understand the long-term product goals and objectives of the organization and develops solutions and business capabilities to achieve these goals Works with product teams to continuously define what 'best practice' or 'good' looks like in each area and helps teams understand opportunities to improve You can design solutions using data from various sources to provide business insights, analyze trends, and deliver dashboards in support of metric-focused decision making You will act as liaison between Finance and GPSD to forecast ongoing product spend and facilitate tradeoff discussions to ensure optimal business outcomes Fulfils the role of a GPSD subject matter expert (SME), including identifying project risks and coordinating implementation activities, such as training and documenting business process changes At times, you will lead project management efforts including project planning, tracking, communication and ensuring adherence to budget, scope, and schedule You can support administrative functions such as coordinating agendas for business team staff meetings, all hands and governance meetings; assists with running these meetings as needed 5+ years' experience in a combination of product, strategy, operations and/or consulting roles You have advanced knowledge of the Microsoft suite and/or think-cell. Hands-on experience with data analysis techniques using Tableau and/or coding is a plus. Southern California Base Salary Range: $111,404-$178,246 In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
