General Purpose and Scope of Position:
The Facility Manager directly supervises and works alongside of the functional team within the location. This includes safety, warehousing, liquid and dry fertilizer handling, DOT compliance, and safety. Facilitating and supporting company initiatives involving Operational Efficiency and Freedom to Operate is imperative. It is also the responsibility of the Facility Supervisor to ensure each team member operates efficiently to achieve their goals and interacts effectively with office and sales staff.
