As Director/VP you will be responsible for the systems and information architecture for several business units within our Global Technology Strategy and Architecture group. You will provide strategic global technology direction and target states for our North America Client Group, the Europe & Asia Client Group and Private Client Services. You will play a critical role in leading the definition of target states for these key components of the IT architecture and communicating this strategy to our stakeholders around the world. In this function you will be part of the Global Technology Strategy and Architecture organization. This broader organization reports to Capital Group's Global CIO. The functions within global architecture are IT Portfolio Architecture teams, aligned to our primary business units, Full Stack/Domain Architecture, and our Emerging Technology function. Southern California Base Salary Range: $233,194-$396,430 In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
