As Marketing Coordinator you will focus primarily on the Dice brand and will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations of our customer email communications to our B2C audience of technology professionals. You must have an affinity for email and related technologies, as well as a desire to learn how to use key quantitative and qualitative insights to shape engagement marketing strategies. In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day operations, execution, and monitoring of B2C marketing communications programs via the email and app push channels
- Analyzing current email campaigns, including third party partner messaging, recurring nurture streams, ad hoc announcements, and transactional messaging, and make appropriate recommendations for improvements
- Gaining significant expertise in the use of the Dice messaging platform for creating cross-channel campaigns, A/B testing, and performance reporting
- Maintaining a marketing calendar as a system for ensuring prioritization of campaigns
- Developing and maintaining cross-functional, collaborative relationships throughout the organization

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business or a related field preferred
- Email Marketing experience preferred
- Experience with an Email Service Provider platform (Iterable, Braze, etc) preferred
Denver pay range: Base salary/pay per year, plus 10% annual bonus at 100% of plan targets tied to company and individual performance. Offer will depend on location and level of job-related knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
