As an Investment Operations associate based in Los Angeles you will work with other partner facing operations associates on meaningful work that directly supports the investment operations process. Our Investment Operations group has approximately 800 associates globally, supporting core components of the investment process and growth of the business through optimized, durable and scalable processes designed to achieve our company's long-term objectives. Investment Operations associates based in Los Angeles will be placed on one of the following teams doing meaningful work. Results: You'll gain insights into investment results measurement, statistical analysis and other industry concepts You'll lead departmental projects and business process improvement efforts IOX: You'll work on cross-functional projects related to new business demand and/or process/ system enhancement while leveraging Design principles and Agile framework You'll co-ordinate project activities across multiple teams to drive results and build artefacts with input from project stakeholders (IOX) Global Investment Control: You'll process buy and sell transactions requested by investment professionals You'll monitor that all trading activity and investment decisions are in line with client, internal and regulatory guidelines You'll coordinate client-directed and portfolio construction-related activities Global Client Services: You'll provide daily client servicing offerings to institutional clients and their intermediaries You'll be responsible for adding value and resources to the client experience. You'll be involved in onboarding institutional clients once they have invested into our funds. You'll be analyzing and reporting client investment information to provide unique investment insight. You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in senior standing, graduating in 2024 You have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above You have an interest in pursuing a career in financial services You have demonstrated leadership in extracurricular activities You express ideas effectively and interact professionally with others You are a continuous learner, with a hunger for knowledge (and numbers) You are highly collaborative #LI-DNI Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $60,745-$97,192 In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
