The Client Relationship Senior Manager plays a vital role in the success of Capital Group Private Client Services - leading national client service efforts focused on growing our business and providing an exceptional client experience. In partnership with each Regional Director, this person has responsibility for the regional managers and works closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement, Marketing and Compliance on national issues. The Client Relationship Senior Manager contributes to the development of strategic business plans and drives and participates in a variety of important initiatives. As a player/coach, the Client Relationship Senior Manager is also solely responsible for one regional office working with the Regional Director to achieve sales and service goals for the region while building an environment that supports PCS' core values. The ideal candidate excels at developing and maintaining strong, collaborative teams, coaching and mentoring associates on development objectives and ensuring accountability, all while executing on national strategies and delivering operational excellence. Southern California Base Salary Range: $163,779-$278,424 In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
