As a Compensation Business Partner, you will be a critical member of the Global Compensation Team. You will join Capital Group's Human Resources organization which is responsible for driving the people dimension of our business strategy. Working alongside other Capital Group compensation professionals, you will partner with HR partners and business leaders to support our global compensation programs for client groups in North America, Europe, and Asia. You will consult and influence business managers and internal HR groups on complex compensation matters. We'll use your expertise to develop and implement a compensation strategy. You'll provide expertise in job analyses and job architecture. You will advise on external market analyses, and offer recommendations and compensation plan design. You will utilize your critical thinking and analytical skills to advise on compensation recommendations, bonus and variable compensation plans, and market studies. In this role, you will develop, communicate, and implement appropriate solutions (programs, processes, tools) in support of providing an effective holistic client and HR Business Partner compensation experience. To thrive in this role, you are a creative thinker with a passion for teamwork and driving the business. Using tools like Workday, Excel, and Tableau, you'll contribute to the overall mission of the Compensation team to ensure Capital Group's competitiveness in the marketplace. Southern California Base Salary Range: $99,025-$158,440 San Antonio Base Salary Range: $81,407-$130,251 In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
