As a Retirement Plan Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing sales and technical support for our clients. Your scope will include responding to retirement plan sales and service calls including plan analysis, guidance, proposals and cost comparisons. You'll collaborate with financial advisors and internal associates to recommend retirement solutions as well as respond to plan-related questions. You'll help drive additional sales opportunities by proactively marketing our retirement plan solutions to our customers.

  • You have intermediate knowledge of retirement solutions and the mutual fund industry.
  • You have a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • You are an accomplished communicator across diverse populations of associates and external clients.
  • You build strong working relationships and are a team player.
  • You are organized and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • You demonstrate intellectual curiosity, proactively share ideas with others, and possess sound judgement.
  • Required registrations: You must have or obtain the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 63 registrations or equivalent.

San Antonio Base Salary Range: $55,902-$89,443

Indianapolis Base Salary Range: $59,541-$95,266

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
