- Manage appointment calendars
- Dispatch and communicate with field Sales Representatives
- Data entry using multiple platforms
- Follow up on canceled and rescheduled leads

WHAT YOU'LL BRING - THE PERSON

- Data entry experience 2 years +
- Inbound and Outbound phone experience 2 years +
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High School diploma or educational equivalent preferred
