As the Software Development Senior Manager , you will lead a team that builds and manages a suite of Investor Process tools and capabilities. Our investment professionals use these tools daily to monitor and review their portfolios, and to make investment decisions. You will collaborate with the Product Management team, senior investment professionals, and technology associates to create and implement detailed quality technical designs for moderately complex applications using existing and emerging technology platforms. In this role , you will lead a team of 30+ Software Development Engineers and Software Development Managers and be responsible for their coaching and professional development. You are a player-coach, passionate about our mission , and committed to driv ing superior long-term investment results through the application of modern engineering and data management methods . You possess a solid understanding of management science and principles. "I am the person Capital Group is looking for."
Qualifications:
Southern California Base Salary Range: $184,252-$313,228 Seattle Base Salary Range: $184,252-$313,228 In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
