Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for bringing brand voices to life? Nestle is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing our multi-platform social media presence and ensuring a consistent and positive customer brand experience. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll balance content production, trend spotting, and strategic editorial planning. Reporting directly to the Sr. Digital and Content Lead, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact. Join us and help shape the future of Nestle's social media marketing.


  • Lead on social media strategy and collaborate with the digital team and cross-functionally to develop editorial content for Nestle U.S. social channels.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop visually appealing and engaging multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and animations.
  • Own platform management (e.g. customer feedback and issues, engage with followers to help build and nurture online communities around Nestle brands, etc.).
  • Lead the Nestle Creators Program, an employee influencer program designed to fuel the pipeline of content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
  • Lead the masterbrand influencer marketing program in partnership with the supporting agency and digital team.
  • Manage Nestle USA Glassdoor account.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and identify opportunities and trends within the industry to stay ahead of the competition.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
  • At least 5-7 years' related experience.


  • Experience writing, editing, and crafting social-centric content.
  • Energetic, positive and engaging approach to interactions.
  • Experience with social management platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
