About this Position:

This position is responsible for developing and supporting the Division's wholesale, production, and inventory plan. This role involves analyzing sales trends (AH and industry), identifying demand patterns, and managing inventory levels to meet customer needs. Developing future demand/sales forecasts for AH and competitive product, preparing/developing daily and monthly management meetings/reports/presentations, submission of factory orders/handling negotiations for over 300 MTOC's, reconciling MROP dealer order fulfillment and prioritization for over 900 dealers, execute new model releases and maximize information sharing and coordination with SED teams.

This position will strategize, direct, and oversee product holds, track, and communicate in transit supply status to the sales team and customers, and optimize warehouse operations to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability. This position is also responsible for gathering data from various departments, analyzing, and compiling the data into a comprehensive presentation that effectively communicates the key findings and recommendations to upper management for monthly meetings. Responsibilities also include coordinating production and sales activities related to special projects throughout the division, and working closely with production teams, sales teams, and suppliers to optimize production schedules, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers. The position entails supervising two associates, ensuring their work is accurate and completed on time, and providing feedback to help improve their performance.

Responsibilities include:

* Tanki: Correct amount of product in accurate locations and mitigate inventory risk

* WS: 100% order fulfilled on time

* Niguri: Accurately forecasted AH and industry sales trends

Who we are seeking:

Required Work Experience:

* 5+ years of experience in Logistics or Sales Operations

* Experience in trend analysis, forecasting, plan development, tracking against results, and developing plan recovery countermeasures

* Knowledge of Powersports products and exposure to industry operations and business models is preferred

Required Education:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

Desired skills:

* Proficiency in all MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP)
