MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS You must meet BOTH the IT-related experience AND specialized experience or education below. IT-Related Experience: You must have IT-related experience in each of the following four competencies which must be supported by the information contained in your resume and other application materials. For both grades, the IT-related experience will be evaluated through the application questionnaire and online assessment.
AND GS-09 Specialized Experience: One or more years (12-months) of full-time specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service (or comparable experience from outside the Federal service), performing the following duties:

OR Education: Must have a master's degree or equivalent graduate degree, or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management, or a degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development of adaptation of applications, systems, or networks. NOTE: You MUST submit supporting academic transcripts. GS-11 Specialized Experience: One or more years (12-months) of full-time specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service (or comparable experience from outside the Federal service), performing the following duties:

OR Education: Must have a Ph.D. or equivalent graduate degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management, or a degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development of adaptation of applications, systems, or network. Based on your application and your responses to the application questionnaire, you may be presented with instructions on how to access the USA Hire system to complete the online assessment. The online assessment must be completed within 48 hours following the closing date of this announcement.
