How YOU will make a Difference:

Oversee and manage the Product-Vendor relationship for our health solution products that clients pay for. Working with existing vendors to ensure they are delivering against the contracted scope of work and requirements.

What you will do:

  • Vendor relationship management (maintain the regular cadence of vendor calls/check-ins)
  • Ongoing performance and status monitoring of vendor, which includes:
    • Conduct regular cadence of check-in meetings
    • Plan and drive Business Reviews
    • Performance Reporting (begin work to establish a framework for tracking KPIs and publishing standard reports).
  • Create a project plan, follow timelines, track and follow up on actions, manage details, and understand dependencies (this is not role that will facilitate other team member's work tasks).
  • Issue triage and resolution (using Smartsheet as the tracking tool, with opportunity to drive suggestions for improving the tracking methodology)
  • Manage and audit billing and invoicing.
  • Support Account Management team with product questions and education
  • Work with Marketing to update client/member facing collateral
  • Manage RFP for new/replacement vendor(s) if required

Knowledge, Experience, and Key Attributes needed for Success:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration preferred.
  • Operational mind set.
  • Process-oriented. Understands step by step, dependencies and multi-stakeholder involvement.
  • Can work cross functionally across different departments.
  • Takes initiative and has a bias for action - you are the type of person who will dig in, roll up sleeves and get the work done according to timelines.
  • Organized, detail oriented, thorough, good at follow-through and ensuring accountability from responsible parties.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills both for internal communication/asks/updates and external - building strong vendor relationships.
  • Familiarity with healthcare administration is a plus (but not required)

Compensation
The base salary range for this position in the greater Seattle area is $35/hr-$45/hr and varies dependent on geography, skills, experience, education, and other job or market-related factors.
