We are a great non-profit organization dedicated to providing professional, effective education to at-risk students committed to DMH congregate programs. We serve our students in over thirty small residential programs throughout Massachusetts.

We are especially interested in Massachusetts Secondary (grades 8-12) Content and/or Special Education licensed teachers with experience with at-risk students, however we will also consider unlicensed teachers who would like to work toward teacher certification. Kindness, patience, and flexibility characterize our teaching and working philosophy.
