Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year + annual bonus

Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.

Summary:

Do you have 5-7 years of experience as an executive or strategic communicator? Have you demonstrated a strong ability to write compelling executive narratives and pair those with stunning and memorable presentations? If so, we are seeking an experienced executive communications professional to join our team and we'd like to discuss your candidacy for this role.

Reporting to the VP of Internal and Executive Communication, you'll work closely with our Osaic Executive Leadership Team to draw on your experience and bring to life our exciting growth story for all stakeholders, including clients and prospects, employees, and the broader business community.

Responsibilities:

  • Counsel and collaborate with senior leadership, including the CEO, to develop executive speeches and presentations for Osaic client events
  • Craft compelling, relevant executive messaging in support of the organization's strategic priorities across myriad in-person and digital channels including speeches and talking points, town halls, newsletters, and social media
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues and event production staff to manage all logistics related to executive presentations and remarks for all forums (in-person, town halls, etc.)
  • Develop engaging and memorable executive and board-level presentations
  • Manage multiple high-profile and high-priority projects with adaptability, expert-level project management, and a non-negotiable commitment to confidentiality
  • Provide project updates, scorecards, and status reporting summaries, as needed
  • All other duties as assigned

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university (communications, marketing, digital media, business, and finance degrees preferred; other degrees will be considered)

Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of writing and communications experience, ideally in a corporate setting and for executive leadership
  • Ability to interact and collaborate with professionals and leaders at all levels of the organization, as well as external partners
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to transform complex ideas into clear, conversational messages
  • Demonstrate grace under pressure and a proven ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
  • Commitment to understanding key audiences-seeing the world through the lens of multiple internal and external stakeholders to develop messaging tailored to what they need to hear vs. what we want to say

Preferred Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, Project) with additional knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or Apple Keynote preferred.
