Responsibilities

* Identify ACOG's data sources, select, configure, and implement analytics solutions, build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
* Create data connections for primary, siloed/vendor managed and other open data sources through business intelligence tools.
* Extract, analyze, and interpret data from primary and secondary data sources. Reorganize the data, identify key trends and metrics.
* Create compelling visualizations and dashboards that present complex data findings clearly and concisely that can be easily adapted. Maintain high standards for dashboards and reports and ensure that data is presented accurately and consistently.
* Prepare reports for leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
* Develop and maintain standards for dashboards and reporting initiatives ensuring data is visualized appropriately, creating consistent standards, and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity of the datasets.
* Provide custom and ad hoc reports and stats to support staff upon request suggesting improvements in processes.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend system modifications.
* Create appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process to duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary.
* Support ACOG's Data Governance Program.
* Ensure the successful implementation of analytics in conjunction with internal stakeholders and vendor IT resources including vendor management.
* Perform other duties as assigned.



Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
* 3 years of data analytics and SQL experience.
* 2 years of experience project management.
* Proficient in Power BI.
* Working knowledge of Google Analytics preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
