Job Description:

The primary duties involve:



  • Assist the accounts receivable team as needed.
  • Assist the accounts payable teams as needed.
  • Assist with processing and reconciling credit card statements and credit card invoices.
  • Perform quality control activities across accounting functions.
  • Copy/scan receipts for project related expenses and upload to accounting software.

    • Organize and file hard-copy receipts.


  • Respond to and problem-solve employee inquiries regarding timecard entry and expense report corrections.
  • Apply strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Other accounting duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Requirements:



  • Minimum of a high school diploma and one (1) year of job-related experience in bookkeeping and/or accounting practices.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and math skills to complete reconciliation tasks.
  • Proficiency with Windows operating system and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Proficient with 10-key calculator.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to perform tasks accurately.
  • Self- starter.



After an offer of employment is made, thecandidatemust successfully pass a pre-employmentbackground check,drug screening,and a DMV records check that meets WEST's minimum criteria to operate a motor vehicle on behalf of the company. A valid driver's license will be required. Candidates must adhere to all health and safety requirements.
