As an Information Technology Group Director overseeing End User Support, you will be responsible for leading IT professionals who directly support the day-to-day technology and equipment needs of Capital Group associates. You will lead re-imagining our business-to-consumer end user experience, building a global hybrid operating model and organizational structure that enables the group to deliver outstanding customer experience through a highly motivated team of teams' model. You will build strong relationships with executive level leaders across the enterprise, understanding their technology challenges and bringing them along when identifying solutions. You will partner closely with technology leaders throughout ITG, ensuring that the end user needs are appropriately represented and prioritized, protecting the experience, and being a customer advocate. You will work across the End User Support space to deliver a consistent experience regardless of where associates are located, whether they be in home offices or on travel across the globe supporting the hybrid nature of today's business. Through strong leadership, you will empower a team of 60+ people to think about developing scalable, sustainable solutions that are data driven and focused on the end user experience. Southern California Base Salary Range: $244,854-$416,252 In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
