Job Description:

The Supply Planning Specialist will be for creating the finished goods inventory strategy and reflecting it in the planning system to generate a supply plan and track its execution to exceed customers' expectations on a premium business segment. This role will also participate and/or lead cross-functional projects or processes to anticipate or respond to challenges that may put at risk fill rate or cost and/or improves the overall process. In this position, you will support key stakeholders including Co-Manufacturers and the International Business portfolio. This is a remote-based role that works Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

* Be the first point of contact for Supply Planning matters regarding the assigned product lines/suppliers.
* Use designated planning tool to create or maintain the long-term FG inventory strategy in alignment with defined parameters (MOQs, capacity, lead time, etc.).
* Maintain planning master data parameters.
* Be the point of contact and SC partner for the international team.
* Own the Supply Planning Control Tower and work with Power BI consultants to continuously improve the tool to anticipate supply disruption and reporting KPIs for Supply Planning.
* Provide key input into the IBP/MBP sections corresponding Supply Planning and engage cross functional team to ensure alignment.
* Advise the commercial/internal teams on any shortages / excess of inventory levels and develop/coordinate action plans.
* Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Senior Manager.

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
* 3+ years of relevant work experience in a Supply Planning or within a Supply Chain function required.
* Demonstrated fluency in MS Office including Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel (Formulas, V-Look Ups and Pivot Tables) required.
* Must have excellent communication (oral and written), organizational, team work and stakeholder management skills (ability to build and maintain cross-functional partnerships).
* Must be detail oriented and possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
* Ability to identify and assess problems and help develop solutions to those problems.
* Current or prior experience using Microsoft Power BI a plus.
* Willing and able to travel up to 15% based on the needs of the team and the business.

The approximate pay range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
