TITLE: Senior Business Development Manager, TerraPower Isotopes

LOCATION: Everett, WA, USA

The TerraPower Isotopes (TPI) division has been established to pursue medical isotopes development--advancing nuclear science for significant human health benefits. We seek to support revolutionary radiotherapies for treatments of various cancers through the supply of radioisotopes. TerraPower currently has unique access to a supply of thorium for the long-term production of actinium-225 in the growing alpha therapy market and intends to expand into other nuclear related medical treatments.

Senior Business Development Manager, TerraPower Isotopes

Senior Business Development Manager - TPI is responsible for acting as liaison for both internal and external customers, enhancing the customer experience, and growing the brand of TPI. As a Senior Business Development Manager - TPI, you will be a primary leader in the sales cycle developing new sales, negotiating the contracts, and maintaining on-going sales relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

* Manage the sales cycle, maintain existing client relationships, develop new clients, and negotiate new contracts

* Lead the development of customer segmentation strategies and targeted marketing initiatives

* Actively engage in problem resolution for customer orders

* Enter and process orders within an internal database for order management

* Run reports in Microsoft Excel and analyze for accuracy

* Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and making data-driven recommendations for improvement

* Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze data related to customer orders, product performance, and market dynamics

* Conducting market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in the nuclear medicine and radiopharmaceutical industry

* Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, campaigns, and product positioning to drive growth and increase market share

Qualifications and Skills:

* Bachelor's degree, Master's degree Preferred. In lieu of degree, a minimum of 15 years experience in a legal/contracts position focused in pharmaceutical, nuclear or other highly regulated field.

* Minimum of 8 years of experience relevant nuclear medicine or other related technology

* Prior experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or isotope distribution

* Demonstrated experience considering the organizational impacts of decisions then making the right decision(s) for the entire organization, even if it limits the immediate teams' goals

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting

* Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills

* Excellent written and oral communication skills

* Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize work effectively

* Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills

* A passion for working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changes in the industry

* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and train booth staff and experience in evaluating and improving the success of conference booth participation based on feedback and metrics

* A strong sense of integrity, open communication, and the ability to foster teamwork

Salary Range L12: $163,702 - $226,844

*Typically, our employee salaries are within .90 - 1.0 of the mid-point of the posted salary band. Any salary offered within the posted salary band is based on market data and commensurate with the selected individual's qualifications and experience. This range is specific to Washington State.
