Job Summary:
|
Assist testing staff in maintaining and organizing office supplies and workspace. Help testing candidates secure belongings for test check-in. Support testing staff in office tasks. |
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

1. Excellent communication skills and customer service skills. 2. Positive attitude and enthusiasm about ECC 3. Ability to follow directions.

1. Familiar with the various college departments such as advising, admissions, registration, student life, and financial aid.

Essential Duties:
|
1. Greet and direct students and visitors as appropriate 2. Provide testing candidates a locker key to secure items 3. Typical office duties (file, scan, copy, fax, etc.) 4. Answer phone calls and respond to general inquiry voicemails and emails
