Position Overview

CompanyBox is looking for a part-time Order Entry Specialist to join our team. Position will be on-site. Responsible for entering all orders into ERP system - Amtech.



Responsibilities

    Enter all incoming orders into Amtech timely and accurately.
  • Work with the scheduler to develop process improvements.
  • Main back-up for scheduler including monitoring schedules to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
  • Develop understanding of customer service process and work with CSR leads as needed.
  • Assist with data entry through multiple departments.
  • Additional duties as needed or directed.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • At least 2 years office experience
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner
  • Data entry skills with a high-level of accuracy
  • Demonstrating a team-mentality and providing support to other departments
  • Computer skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend procedures
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal errors.
