Capital Associate Program (CAP) - Summer Internship At Capital Group, our mission is to improve people's lives through successful investing. CAP is an opportunity for early-career individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences to learn and contribute to this mission by gaining direct exposure to investment management. The CAP Summer Internship is a highly selective 10-week program with cohorts in Los Angeles, London, Singapore, and Hong Kong. As a summer associate, you'll work on an independent project that addresses our current investment environment and/or strategies while receiving coaching and mentorship. The CAP Summer Internship offers you: The opportunity to explore careers in investment management through a meaningful assignment. Access to senior leaders across different departments and roles.
