As a Technical Sales Analyst you will be a part of the North American Client Group (NACG) Finance and Sales Compensation team which supports accurate and transparent reporting for NACG sales force members. You're comfortable working with data, collaborating with partners, conducting analyses, designing dashboards, preparing reports, and communicating insights.

  • You will be responsible for building and maintaining reports and dashboards for business partners using data from multiple databases.
  • You have experience building large data sets from multiple data sources to drive significant business impact, optimize business processes, analysis, and reporting.
  • You will analyze and validate complex data to identify trends and data discrepancies between databases, through development of automated processes.
  • You will fulfill ad hoc analysis requests from sales teams and utilize your strong communication skills to clearly articulate research to senior managers.
  • You will learn and communicate business rules, data requirements and research issues to engineering teams.
  • You will standardize data sources from client firms and manage dealer budgets and payments.
  • You thrive in team settings. You ask great questions, bounce ideas off others and proactively share your perspective.
  • You have SQL, Python, R or Alteryx experience.
  • You have experience analyzing data using a Business Intelligence tool like Tableau, Salesforce Einstein, Looker, SSRS, Power BI, Anaplan, etc.


Orange County Base Salary Range: $86,424-$138,278

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
