Venable LLP's Transactional Tax Group seeks a midlevel to senior tax associate with a minimum of five years of experience to join the practice in the San Francisco office.

The qualified candidate has experience in international M&A and tax planning work, including cross-border tax structuring, multi-jurisdictional transactions and intragroup restructurings,
as well as experience working at a peer law firm or an accounting firm. The successful candidate has excellent oral and written communication skills, and outstanding academic credentials. Candidates must hold a juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to and in good standing with the relevant jurisdiction's bar. Please include law school transcripts with submissions.

The salary range for associate positions is $205,000 to $365,000 per year, depending upon associate level.
