Who you are:

As a Facets Systems Engineer, you have an established track record of developing and delivering high-quality hosted and cloud-based software applications and solutions. You will assess architecture and current hardware limitations, define and design system specifications, and evaluate input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility. You possess deep technical aptitude, outstanding programming skills, and excellent management and communication skills and have a passion to make a difference! You demonstrate the ability to balance business goals, technology strategy, and time to market in a sustainable way.

What you'll do:




  • Within assigned areas of responsibility and with little or no supervision, you'll collaborate independently with business and technical resources to identify, analyze, prioritize, and resolve Facets application/ system issues
  • Develop, support, and manage application code, user interfaces, and third-party integration components
  • Advise on potential application modifications, enhancements, smoke testing, patching, or business process changes as appropriate

    • You'll also advise business and technical counterparts regarding current system functionality.




  • Understand and write customer's requirements and then build/ enhance applications that support the various Facets projects/ upgrades; then support them post go-live
  • Execute tasks related to tickets and service requests for advanced to complex server-side activities and provide escalation support for compute tickets.
  • Oversee the maintenance of application and server software, such as updates and upgrades
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of application systems.
  • Define, run, and review reports on applications performance and event anomalies; ensure internal adjustments are made substantial gaps documented and elevated to management.



What you'll bring:




  • 3+ years of related work experience with computer systems and applications
  • Experience with large Facets migrations/upgrades, complex system planning, configuration, requirements, and implementation, as well as the monitoring and maintenance of systems.
  • Experience collaborating with Database Administrators on SQL Server related system needs including installation, system configurations based on Facets specifications, and performance tuning.
  • Ability to balance the demands of multiple projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or other related degree is required. May substitute relevant degree with additional years of experience.
