Senior Director Revenue Recognition 49125BR USA - California - Mountain View/Sunnyvale Job Description and Requirements Synopsys is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Director of Revenue Recognition to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role, leading a team in ensuring compliance with Software Revenue Recognition guidelines, specifically ASC-606. You will work closely with various departments, including Sales, Contracts, Revenue Accounting, Order Management, and External Auditors. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team and provide guidance on structuring terms and conditions in contracts to ensure accurate revenue recognition. Additionally, you will prepare, document, and justify revenue recognition through summary reports/packages, presenting them to external auditors after each quarter-end. You will also be responsible for documenting Synopsys' policies and procedures to ensure compliance with ASC-606 and participating in training Sales, Contracts, and Order Administration staff.

In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
