Position Summary:




  • The Mechanic II will perform all necessary functions in the operation, preventive maintenance, and repairs of building air handling units, fan coil units, and other equipment in a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to HVAC systems.
  • Must be able to work independently to troubleshoot and diagnose various equipment issues, disassemble machines, and repair or replace broken parts.
  • May orders replacement parts and equipment with management approval. Inspects completed repairs.
  • May repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment, such as motors, pumps, conveyors, belts, fans, air conditioners, etc.



Shift:

Part-time (20 hours per week)

Every Saturday & Sunday, Hours: 6:00am - 4:30pm

Weekend Work Required

Education/ Experience




  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 3 or more years of related experience.
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.
