Venice Family Clinic is a leader in providing comprehensive, high-quality primary health care to people in need with compassion, dignity and respect. In November 2021, Venice Family Clinic merged with South Bay Family Health Care, uniting more than a century of experience helping patients regardless of their income, insurance or immigration status. The organization now has more than 500 staff who serve 45,000 people from the Santa Monica Mountains through the South Bay. Make a difference in the community at our Venice Family Clinic as an Outreach and Engagement Supervisor. With guidance and direction from the Director of Common Ground, this position will manage and monitor all assigned HIV prevention contracts, manage data for all assigned programs, and participate in quality management meetings. Salary Range: $68,800.00 - $141,000.00 Annual Senate Bill 525 was signed into law by Governor Newsom in October 2023. Starting June 1, 2024, SB525 sets a new $23 minimum wage for nonexempt healthcare workers and raises the exempt employee salary threshold to $1,380/week (equivalent to $5,980/month or $71,760/year).
