As a Marketing Data Operations Specialist Senior, you'll serve as a liaison between the marketing function and data providers. You will elevate and manage data incidents for rapid resolution; helping to analyze the scope and depth of data impacts on marketing's content deliverables. You will help prioritize marketing's request for new data fact types, while helping to oversee marketing's quarterly deliverable production run as it pertains to data integrity and Service Level Agreements. You have strong collaborative project management skills and excel at technical writing and process documentation. "I am the person Capital Group is looking for." You have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience You bring 5+ years of data analytics, database platform management and/or data incident management experience to the table You have experience in managing troubleshooting processes as well as strategic change implementation You are a strong, collaborative project manager who can develop clear problem statements and work to assign ownership and remediation to the appropriate teams You can quickly and clearly communicate technical issues to broad audiences with varying degrees of technical expertise You have the ability to clearly and concisely document processes and solutions You can identify potential risks in a variety of business processes and help develop lasting solutions You are capable of working with multiple teams across marketing, IT, compliance and potentially others in both tactical and strategic situations You continue to develop a strong subject-matter expertise in investment data and its use in deliverables Southern California Base Salary Range: $116,974-$187,158 New York Base Salary Range: $123,999-$198,398 In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
