IT Coordinator

Under the direction of the Vice President and General Manager the IT Coordinator maintains the managed network, devices, systems, and services at the Baltimore Division.

* Management of a managed network.
* Active directory account creation and maintenance.
* Imaging devices using SCCM and deployment of imaged devices.
* Management of all video screens on site.
* Management of building access control system and surveillance cameras.
* Desktop support for the division.
* Management of VOIP phone system.
* Occasional off hours or weekend work to perform system updates and\or upgrades.
* Any additional technological needs of the Baltimore Division not listed.

* AA degree preferred.
* A minimum of two (2) years' experience ideally gained through increasingly responsible positions within Information Systems.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Sharepoint, and demonstrate ability to manage systems and applications.
* Strong interpersonal communication skills.
