About the Role

Producers manage all aspects of content production: scoping, concepting, budgeting, scheduling, talent negotiations and payment, shoot, edit, visual effects, music, and delivery. The Producer forges and leverages vendor relationships to bring together the right team for every level of production. This position connects across departments and teams in order to ensure synergy of assets and content across multiple channels.

What You'll Do



  • Support and execute creative concepts.
  • Formulate and develop production rationale and recommendations.
  • Have an eye for new talent (directors, editors, content creators, designers, etc.)
  • Advise agency stakeholders in all content production-related matters, offering creative and budgetary solutions for improving quality.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with production partners.
  • Procure, review, and negotiate production estimates.
  • Coordinate and schedule productions
  • Conduct necessary pre-production meetings.
  • Manage production budgets.
  • Review and approve all production-related invoices.
  • Wrap jobs and manage all assets.
  • Be a subject-matter expert in filmmaking, photography, image capture, digital platforms and formats.
  • Manage multiple projects as needed.
  • Mentor Associate Producers
  • Be client-facing as needed.


What You'll Need



  • 3-6 years' advertising agency experience; production experience a plus
  • Knowledge of all agency disciplines and platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative mentality
  • Detail-oriented, take-ownership attitude; self-organizing and highly skilled in time management to facilitate involvement in multiple projects.
  • Strong visual sense as well as understanding of music (how, where, and when to use it effectively)
  • Financial acumen, understanding of legal aspects connected with production, and the ability to negotiate contracts.
  • Proficiency in Mac OS, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Keynote (Adobe CS & SmartSheet a plus)

The compensation for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. Pay Range
$45,000 $90,000 USD
