The Opportunity Ulteig is looking for a highly engaged and qualified candidate for our Manager - Project Management position in the Transmission & Distribution department within the Power LifeLine Sector. This role will focus on leading a team of project managers and project controls employees, fostering on-the-job employee development, encouraging additional and efficient team growth, and oversee the execution of project and/or construction management solutions on Power projects for Ulteig and our key clients. The duties will include management and development of supervisors and project team members, coordination with clients and business partners, business development activities, resource coordination, hiring, and management of team financial targets and goals. This individual will report directly to the Director of T&D, interacting closely with clients, corporate business units such as Service Departments (Substation, Field Services, AISP), Sales/Business Development, and Shared Services (Quality, PM Center of Excellence, Sales Operations, HR, etc.). The Manager - Project Management is a self-starting leader who will primarily focus on project and team success, people development, and PMO excellence.
