Seneca Holdingsis seeking aSr. Compensation Analystto join our HR team. The Sr. Compensation Analystwill be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and administration of compensation, policies, and procedures to align with the company's goals and mission. The Sr. Compensation Analystensures that base pay, incentive pay, and performance management programs remain competitive and conform to compensation strategy. This position will manage salary structure development, job evaluation, incentive plan design, and survey participation as well as direct data collection and the analysis process for market, pay equity, and other compensation studies. This position is also responsible for ensuring that company compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies and government regulations.
