Through our robust RIA platform, we are dedicated to delivering unparalleled support to advisors, offering a diverse range of product opportunities. We are currently seeking an Investment Product Analyst to join our team and assist in the implementation and onboarding of investment products. This role is integral in ensuring the seamless integration of new product offerings, guaranteeing compliance and efficiency throughout the process.
What you'll do:


  • Support investment product implementation and onboarding process, managing overall projects and creating quick reference guides
  • Identify efficiencies in existing and new processes related to investment product implementations
  • Assist with product maintenance activities and update product information in internal databases
  • Ensure website and marketing materials are up-to-date with new or changed product information
  • Review and summarize external resources (product prospectuses, private placement memorandums, etc.) for use in producing internal and external materials
  • Support the review and evaluation of the quarterly mutual fund share class process
  • Produce reporting from various systems for internal use


Experience you'll bring:


  • 2 to 3 years of work experience in financial services and/or equivalent education (Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Investment Management, Certified Financial Planner)
  • Basic knowledge of investment products and services (mutual funds, ETFs, stocks, bonds, mutual funds)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently, with resourcefulness and a problem-solving disposition.
  • Aptitude for technology

  • Experience working with industry systems such as Orion, Morningstar Direct, Fi360 Fiduciary Toolkit and FactSet
