As a Principal Product Manager within our Investment Management Technology (IMT) team, you will join a group of technologists embarking on an exciting next phase to deploy data and technology to enhance the Capital System - our multi-manager, research-driven investment approach. This role presents intellectual and technical challenges with a significant opportunity for business impact. You will be integral to identifying customer needs and defining customer experiences and solutions to those needs in the form of features and functionality. Your work will directly support the product roadmap for enabling key business capabilities and achieving the defined vision. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn around solutions in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, working with those teams and leadership to clear roadblocks. You will help to establish success measures aligned to desired business outcomes and vision. We are building a next-generation, integrated experience for Portfolio Managers and Analysts in Capital Group's Investment Group (IG). We're looking for an ambitious, thoughtful product leader who can take the helm of our proprietary research application and work across asset classes to evolve the end user experience for different audiences. The right candidate will boldly envision and believe in a truly game-changing customer experience. They will work relentlessly and creatively with a variety of stakeholders - from investor-customers, fellow product managers, UX designers, operations managers, and software engineers - to make steady progress. Southern California Base Salary Range: $193,464-$328,889 In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
