Introduction Within ASML, the Customer Support (CS) sector is responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of ASML systems at customer locations. One of the departments in this sector is CS DUV UIR, which is responsible for providing preparation, planning and execution support to customers and other CS segments. DUV UIR's goal is to install, upgrade, and relocate leading edge lithography systems safely, at the customer site, within specifications, on time, with quality, and exceeding the customer's expectations. The DUV UIR Line Manager will be responsible for the local UIR team and project management of DUV upgrades, installations, and relocations (UIR) at assigned customer site(s). This hire will be the management support contact for all UIR activities at their assigned customer(s). They will be responsible for building strategic relationships based on a foundation of trust and delivering on your project plan(s). They will also be required to foster teamwork ensuring that the rotational team is engaged with transparent communications and supported as necessary from preparation through wrap up of all UIR activities to enable delivery of successful results. This person will have the ability to shape and drive improvements as necessary to push through challenges and inefficiencies to deliver results. Role and Responsibilities
