Summary Reporting directly to the Sr. Director Sales Operations, the Manager of Sales Operations is a key member of the Sales Leadership Team. He/she is responsible for the direction and management of all Sales Operations functions including sales comp, sales reporting, sales process improvement, pricing, distributor and rep contract management and CRM management. He/she will be responsible for leading and directing a team of analysts and leaders to improve our systems and processes surrounding sales. A successful candidate will have a history of demonstrated strength in strategic planning, team leadership, sales process deployment, leveraging technology in sales, CRM architecture and process improvement. The Manager of Sales Operations provides overall direction and guidance for all sales systems, processes, and workflows. This will include building and managing a growing sales operations team; designing and implementing profitable sales programs; designing and optimizing sales process workflows; designing and implementing programs to optimize customer service efficiencies; and manage CRM workflow buildout. The Manager of Sales Operations will demonstrate superior leadership skills, work well with a team, work with all levels of management, and have the ability to work independently with little or no supervision. The Manager of Sales Ops must have superior decision-making skills, problem-solving skills, and conflict-management abilities. He/she must have a have deep experience in CRM, reporting, sales process, and be able to design programs that will drive success through distribution.
