Johns Hopkins Home Care Group is always looking for talented, compassionate and committed professionals to join our team in a variety of roles. We offer a range of clinical job opportunities, including pediatric, adult and infusion nursing; physical, occupational and respiratory therapy; and pharmacy, as well as administrative positions responsible for coordinating patient care, equipment delivery and insurance billing.

Provides administrative/secretarial support to the Chief Financial Officer and performs diversified administrative and secretarial functions. Maintains daily appointment calendars and makes travel arrangements as required. Organizes and coordinates offices and maintains paper and electronic filing system for easy data retrieval. Types correspondence, reports, memoranda, special projects, technical papers, and related material. Staffs Executive Committee meetings preparing agendas and minutes. Assumes the roles and responsibilities of the Assistant to the President in their absence.

Requirements

Education




  • College degree, or equivalent in experience, in business, health care, or related field. Two-year college or technical business school is acceptable.



Experience




  • A minimum of four years of progressively responsible and successful experience as an executive secretary to a senior-level manager or group of managers, preferably in a healthcare setting.
