The Enterprise Data Office (EDO) is a strategic function at Capital Group, dedicated to fueling competitive advantage globally through foundational data excellence. EDO is instrumental in driving industry-leading data products to support all of Capital's Line of Business team s , investment, operating and client groups . EDO product managers and engineers collaborate with stakeholders to build strategic data products that enable data-driven decision-making across Capital Group . As a Client Group Data Product Manager Associate, you will help define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovative and impactful data and AI solutions that enable positive client experiences . This role is crucial for ensuring our dat a and AI products are reusable, trusted, scalable, and secure. You will partner with EDO stakeholders to help define the data and AI solutions that support their needs. The EDO Client Group Product T eam is a cross-functional team that supports foundational enterprise data ecosystems across Capital Group . In addition to collaborating Client Group teams on data and AI solutions, this role will also take on cross-functional data and AI problems that affect our sales, marketing, operating , and investment groups . What We're Looking For:
Southern California Base Salary Range: $103,977-$166,363 In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
