Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's or Associates degree preferred
  • One year experience delivering various training topics to various audiences
  • Some supervisory experience preferred

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitates new hire training and other training related programs.
  • Conducts training and development programs for employees and maintains documentation of training received.
  • Plans, directs, and/or coordinates the training and development activities of the assigned service site(s).
  • Supports online learning in RTS.
  • Coordinate training sessions based on site/operational needs (SMART, First Aid/CPR, Medication Admin, and New Hire Orientation).
  • Conduct training, to include, role modeling the core competences, skills, and behaviors of a company leader; tracking attendance; addressing inappropriate behavior; and documenting performance, both strengths and development needs.
  • Perform all administrative duties associated with conducting training, including all pre-training prep work, coordinating learning schedules and calendars, maintaining participant records, and tracking and providing post training reports to leadership and HR.
  • Track performance and support any identified retraining opportunities.
  • Seek ongoing skill development (i.e., participating and conducting skill classes, cross-training, etc.).
  • Document feedback and audit results to help the learning department identify strengths as well as area of improvement.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Facilitate and presents to groups, including participants at the managerial level.
  • Other duties/projects as assigned.
  • Become a Certified Trainer in First Aid/CPR
  • Become a Master Trainer for the Train the Trainer program

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor or Associates degree preferred
  • Strongly prefer experience in a group home setting with knowledge of Rule 245D


Salary Range

USD $23.00 / Hour
