This will be a remote position with office attendance on an as-needed basis.This position will report directly to the Pricing Director.

General Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



  • Organizes and transfers team pricing activities, documentation, and tasks using Microsoft Teams or other applications for assigned projects and proposals.
  • Ensures a complete solicitation package has been received for all pricing activities.
  • Works with Pricing Director to price materials and other sole source opportunities
  • Serves as a backup for the department during high peak time periods
  • Operates as the primary point of contact for pricing team internal communications and follow-up to external inquiries.
  • Assists Pricing Director with updates to processes, procedures and quality methodologies.
  • Maintains internal pricing libraries, subscriptions, and databases.
  • Identify potential efficiencies to be had within the pricing team's current processes and present and implement approved changes.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Basic Qualifications:



  • A minimum of 2 year of experience in a federal government environment pricing, project, or proposal coordination role.
  • A Bachelors' degree or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, both orally and written.
  • Effective task management skills, including planning, organizing, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Knowledge and efficiency in the following Software: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Experience using Monday.com is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
  • Strong team player who can collaborate effectively across departments and work towards common goals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to efficiently meet tight deadlines and handle multiple concurrent projects.
