Position: Sr. People Analyst
Essential Accountabilities:
* Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to provide stakeholders with real-time insights into key HR metrics and trends.
* Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to understand their analytics needs and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
* Conduct advanced statistical analyses and predictive modeling to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in HR data related to employee engagement, retention, performance, diversity, and other key areas.
* Apply machine learning and AI techniques to analyze HR data and develop predictive models for workforce planning, succession planning, and talent acquisition.
* Automate key processes to eliminate waste leveraging advanced tools such as Python, R, and similar tools.
* Support the People Analytics / IT teams through data cleaning & quality assurance.
* Educate, train & evangelize analytics capabilities to partners.
* Program and build scripts (e.g. using SQL or Python) to combine and interrogate structured and unstructured data sets.
* Review external market research for relevant best practices and trends in the marketplace.
* Other duties as needed.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in an analytics/quantitative role, preferably in HR.
2+ years of experience using BI Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Visier, Domo, etc.).
2+ years of experience with statistical/analytical tools such as Python, R, SQL, etc.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative or related field such as data analytics, business analytics, computer science, engineering, economics, mathematics, or statistics.
