What does success look like in this position?
A day in the life of a Senior Director of Development could be: In collaboration with university partners and foundation colleagues, discuss major donor prospects, strategy, and solicitations. Make qualification calls/visits, and in some cases cultivate, solicit, provide recognition, and steward appropriately major gifts for the College of Veterinary Medicine, with an emphasis on gifts of $50,000+. Manage staff, including recruitment, retention, performance management, coaching and development. Utilize KSUF resources to facilitate professional development for the team and grow the talent pipeline. Requirements
