Position Overview Are you a dynamic leader with a strong commitment to quality? Would you thrive in a collaborative, people-first culture? The Quality Manager at GBP leads the development of the quality team members; develops, implements, and maintains effective quality control processes and standards to ensure customer product requirements are met; and continuously improves quality processes to reduce waste due to nonconformances. Responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to: * Review and improve the quality assurance program in accordance with industry standards and customer expectations. The Quality Manager reports directly to the Technical Director. Qualifications Competencies that will help you be successful in this position: As an ideal candidate, you will also possess: * BS in Quality, Engineering or Science This is an on-site position at our division headquarters in Green Bay, WI. This is not a remote employment position. Division Description Green Bay Packaging Inc. is a privately owned, diversified paper and packaging manufacturer. Founded in 1933, this Green Bay WI based company has over 4,600 team members and operates 41 manufacturing facilities in 17 states each with a dedication to innovative development of its products and forestry resources, with a focus on safety, quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement. The Coated Products Operations consists of three manufacturing plants, 4 Slitting and Distribution Centers, and a majority interest partnership in Mexico. The CPO manufactures pressure sensitive label stock, utilizing a variety of face stock, adhesive and release liner combinations. Product capabilities include an expanded film line, as well as traditional paper, foil and thermal offerings. |
