The primary responsibility of the Division Manager is to plan and direct all aspects of the organization's divisional sales and manufacturing strategies, policies, objectives, and initiatives. The selected candidate will build on our existing Customer relationships and develop new business with large and small customers. The Division Manager will report to the Senior Vice President of Coated Products and work out of our Citadel Division located in Aurora, IL. Responsibilities * Lead the development and implementation of the commercial strategy for the business. Clear communication of strategy, objectives, and performance expectations for volume pricing, mix, business development, and pipeline management. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field. Division Description Green Bay Packaging Inc. is a privately owned, diversified paper and packaging manufacturer. Founded in 1933, this Green Bay WI based company has over 4,600 team members and operates 41 manufacturing facilities in 17 states each with a dedication to innovative development of its products and forestry resources, with a focus on safety, quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement. The Coated Products Operations consists of three manufacturing plants, 4 Slitting and Distribution Centers, and a majority interest partnership in Mexico. The CPO manufactures pressure sensitive label stock, utilizing a variety of face stock, adhesive and release liner combinations. Product capabilities include an expanded film line, as well as traditional paper, foil and thermal offerings. |
