This is an "entry level Accounting Professional role" reporting to Cash Management and Analysis Manager
Though remote work, we require candidates to be local to Illinois or Arizona
Full time : Hourly salary/non exempt.
Pay range: $26.44 - $27.88 hourly . Annualized to $ 55000 to $ 58000
Annual Performance Bonus: Up to 10% of base salary

Work Scope:
Contribute to the accuracy of the financial statements and drive positive change through independent analysis and critical thinking.
Support the Cash Management Team through transactional cash processing to the general ledger, account analysis and project leadership.
Provide technical support to other coordinators and be a subject matter expert cross departmentally when working to resolve client issues.
Should independently manage multiple simultaneous priorities and communicate effectively across departments.

Essential Functions
  • Timely and accurately process daily transactional cash activity to the general ledger.
  • Reconcile bank statement(s) or other primary source documents and the general ledger.
  • Research and work cross departmentally to resolve unidentified client payments.
  • Review current and historical client payment transactions to identify and resolve cash application issues.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by responding to internal customer inquiries in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Independently perform in-depth account analysis to identify potential client account issues and work cross collaboratively by escalating findings to Account Management.
  • Design data queries, summarize and present findings to senior leaders.
  • Understand the impact of key end-to-end process flows to identify areas of improvement and opportunity.
  • Provide guidance and support to coordinators ensuring alignment with standard operating procedures.
  • Lead in the development and implementation of new processes, procedures, tools and/or platforms to aid in overall productivity.
  • Work effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
  • High School Diploma /GED with two years' work experience in accounting or financial operations.
  • General understanding of accounting: accruals, financial statements, credits/debits.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Power Point) - Including V-Lookups, Pivot Tables and presentation deck creation.
  • Strong work ethic and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Customer Service with cross functional teams - High sensitivity customers (Sales Staff, Account Managers, Implementation Team).
Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills
  • Associate' or Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business, Finance or related field.
  • Experience with accounting software (preferably NetSuite).
  • Experience creating data queries or visualization (SQL, PowerBI).
  • Salesforce experience a plus.
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in the annual performance bonus of up to 10% of base salary
