Design software tools and subsystems to support software reutilization, domain analysis,and implementation management. Manage software development and support using formal specifications,data flow diagrams, CASE tools, or other accepted design techniques. Estimates software developmentschedules, reviews existing programs through RDT&E, and assists in making refinements, reducingoperating time, and improving current techniques. Responsibilities: Must be knowledgeable in and experienced with software and hardware operations forTelecommunications or Security. Provides support in the less technical disciplines of Telecommunications/Security, such asequipment operations, moving and installing equipment, cabling, data entry and verification, media duplication, document control, and software installation. Work as a member of a team. Minimum Education A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information management, or other closely related scientific or technical discipline and 8-10 years of experience With a Master's degree (in the fields described above), five(5) years' experience or which at least one (1) year must be specialized.
